Scope of Agreement

Welcome Bonus

Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement on bonuses is 15x (on the bonus amount only, not the deposit). Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 15 = a total of ৳30,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

• A specific time limit applies for meeting wagering requirements.
• Not all games may contribute equally to wagering calculations.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn before wagering requirements are met.
• Attempting to claim bonus benefits from multiple accounts will result in all bonuses being cancelled.

VIP Program

The v789 VIP program has five tiers, each offering a weekly cashback benefit:

• Silver: Up to 0.3% weekly cashback

• Platinum: Up to 0.6% weekly cashback

Progression through VIP tiers depends on your regular gaming activity. v789 reserves the right to change the VIP program terms at any time.

General Gaming Conditions

All games on v789 are operated by third-party game providers (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, JILI, PG Soft, Ezugi, and others). Fair play principles are followed in determining the rules and outcomes of these games.

• If a technical error occurs during a game, the affected bet may be voided or replayed.

Sports Betting

• Operating an account on behalf of, or granting access to, a minor.
• Selling or transferring an account to a third party.
• Using coordinated or fraudulent betting strategies to exploit the bonus system.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the platform's software or systems.
• Harassing or engaging in abusive behavior toward other members.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial transactions.
• Gaming using automated bots, scripts, or any other technical advantage.

Grounds for Account Suspension
